The fabrication of raw material made into stainless steel that will be used to fabricate any type of design of railings from hand railings to balcony railings. The capabilities of our steel fabrication shop other wise known as machine shop has overlapping capabilities.
We concentrate on the metal preparation, the welding and assembly aspect unlike the machine shop which concentrates more on the machining of the parts. The fabrication process is what adds value to the process that involves lots of construction.
The fabrication shop is a part of our Metal Works Company and we are a contractor in Garfield, New Jersey. Typical projects include: loose parts, structural frames for buildings and heavy equipment, and hand railings and stairs for buildings.
We have our greatly skilled and experienced steel detailers who prepare shop drawings if the plans are not provided by the customer and these plans will be used by the fabricating shop for the manufacturing part.
Standard raw materials used by metal fabricators are:
• plate metal
• formed and expanded metal
• tube stock, CDSM
